"ubisoft works well most of the…"
Ubisoft works well most of the time, but the two-factor authentication kind of gets on my nerves. I understand why they have it, security and all that, but sometimes the code takes forever to show up or I end up having to try it twice. That part was weird and just made logging in feel slower than it needed to be. Other than that, the site is fine.

"I’ve had some genuinely fun moments…"
I’ve had some genuinely fun moments with Ubisoft games, especially exploring the open worlds, but the experience feels inconsistent lately. Some missions pull me in, then a few hours later it starts feeling repetitive, and the same kinds of bugs keep popping up. It’s not like the games are terrible, but after seeing these issues show up again and again, I’m starting to trust them less. I still want to enjoy them, I just wish they felt more polished and reliable

"Literally showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered a physical game from ubisoft.com and thought it would take way longer to arrive. It shipped out quickly and was literally at my place within a few days. The box looked fine, nothing was damaged, and the tracking updates were decent too. Overall, I’m really happy with how fast the delivery was.

"Refund worked, but I wasn’t totally sure at first"
I accidentally bought the wrong game and had to request a refund. The form was simple to fill out, but I did end up waiting a couple of days before hearing back, which made me wonder a bit if everything was actually going through properly. In the end, the money was refunded and the support team was polite, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t the quickest experience, and I’m still not sure the process feels super polished, but it did the job. I’d give it 4 stars.

Games are fun. Easy to get into. I’ve had a good time playing. Support, though. Could be better. Replies felt a bit slow. Not terrible. Just needs work

"Pretty quick download overall"
I got my game downloaded faster than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise. There was one little moment where it slowed down a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t really bother me. Overall, the speed was good and everything worked fine for me. I’d say it was a solid experience.

"Great When I’m Actually Playing"
The subscription is solid when I’m gaming a ton, but on slower months it feels like my wallet is quietly crying in the corner. The games are usually good and I do enjoy having the variety, I just wish the price felt a little less painful when I’m not using it as much.

"Pretty fair prices for extras"
I thought the microtransaction stuff on Ubisoft was reasonable. I usually do that quick mental shortcut of asking, “Will I actually use this enough to care?” and with the smaller packs, it was easy to grab just what I wanted without feeling like I was overspending.
The sales helped a lot too, since they made the prices feel less annoying. It’s not perfect or anything, but compared to some other games where extras feel way overpriced, this felt like decent value to me.

Ubisoft’s site is fine most of the time, but logging in can be a pain. Some days it works right away, other times it just loads forever or asks me to verify again. I get the security stuff, but it feels random. Once I even had to reset my password even though I’m sure it was correct. Not terrible, just not as reliable as it should be

For my personal standard, it mostly does what I need it to do. The connection is usually solid, and I don’t have to mess with it too much. Every now and then it might take a moment, but overall it connects fine and gets the job done.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, mostly just for the everyday account stuff, and it’s been easy enough to figure out without overthinking anything. The layout feels straightforward, nothing too flashy or confusing, which I appreciate. after using it for a while, I do feel comfortable trusting them with my account data.

I downloaded ubisoft Connect from the website, it was straightforward. The install went through with no “drama” at all, just took a few minutes. I logged in, and my games showed up right away. Overall, a “easy” experience.

I ran into a few glitches at first, but after the update the game worked much better. Once it was running smoothly, it was easy to jump in and actually enjoy playing. Not perfect, but I still had a good time overall...

I’ve gotta say, the latest updates really made a difference for me. My games from ubisoft.com load faster now, and I’m getting way less stutter, even on my kind of aging PC. The settings feel easier to mess with too, especially that one thing I kept adjusting before. Overall, I’m happy with how it’s running now.
